If the payment I receive under the WEPP does not cover all the eligible wages I am owed, what recourse do I have?

Any amounts that are owed to you for which you could not be compensated under the WEPP can still be pursued under the regular bankruptcy or receivership process. Please contact your trustee or receiver for more information.
