Am I still eligible for the WEPP if I have received a partial payment from the trustee?

Yes. You may still qualify for the WEPP, specifically for outstanding amounts owed for wages, vacation pay, severance and termination pay, if:

these amounts were earned in the six months preceding the receivership or bankruptcy (maximum of approximately $3,323); and
you meet the other eligibility criteria.
