Am I still eligible for the WEPP if I have received a partial payment from the trustee or receiver?

You may still qualify to receive WEPP compensation for outstanding amounts owed for wages, vacation pay, severance and termination pay if the payment you received:

• does not cover the totality of the amounts owed to you for eligible wages; and
• is less than the prescribed WEPP maximum ($3,531 for 2011).
