Do I qualify for the WEPP if I am related to my employer?
Yes, you may still qualify. You must complete the WEPP Supplementary Form (Additional Information Regarding Your Relationship to Your Employer) in addition to your application to assess whether, despite your relationship to your employer, you were treated in the same manner as other employees.
