Access My Service Canada Account
Do you have an Access Key?
Service Canada has made some updates to the login process for My Service Canada Account. Using your Access Key information, you will need to transition from using your Access Key username and password to using one of the two login options that are now available.

Login methods
To access your My Service Canada Account, you need to log in using one of two methods:
1. Log in with a Sign-In Partner
This option allows you to log in with a User ID and a password that you may already have, such as for online banking.

When choosing this option, you will be temporarily leaving the Government of Canada site. For more information please see Terms and conditions.
2. Log in with GCKey
This option allows you to log in using a Government of Canada user ID and password.
Whether you choose to log in using a Sign-In Partner or GCKey, no personal information held by your financial institution will be provided to Service Canada during your login process. Similarly, Service Canada will not share with your financial institution any personal information about the government services you access.
