Service Canada is accepting funding applications from organizations interested in obtaining financial assistance to provide an Opportunities Fund for Persons with Disabilities – Community Coordinator at various locations as follows:

Opportunities Fund for Persons with Disabilities – Community Coordinator, Hamilton, York/Durham, Peel/Halton and Toronto.

PROPOSALS AND FUNDING APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 4:00 p.m. on Friday, July 31, 2009
AN INFORMATION SESSION ON THIS CFP WILL BE HELD BY CONFERENCE CALL on:
Monday July 6 2009, 2009: 9:00 a.m. in English and 2:30 p.m. in French.
Tuesday July 7, 2009: 9:00 a.m. in English
