8.0 Official Languages
The Labour Market Partners recognize that in accordance with the requirements of Canada's Official Languages Act and the guideline set out in paragraph 57(1)(d.1) of the Act, access to assistance under the employment benefits and support measures and assistance provided by the National Employment Service must be provided in either official language where there is significant demand for that assistance in that language.
