19.0 General
19.1 This Agreement may be amended at any time by the mutual consent of the parties. To be valid, any amendment shall be in writing and signed, in the case of Canada, by the Minister of Human Resources Development and the Commission, and in the case of Newfoundland and Labrador, by the Premier as Minister Responsible for Intergovernmental Affairs and the Ministers of Human Resources and Employment, Development and Rural Renewal and Education.
19.2 No member of the House of Commons of the Parliament of Canada or a member of the House of Assembly of Newfoundland and Labrador shall be admitted to any share or part of this Agreement or to any benefit arising there from.
19.3 This Agreement, including the Annual Annexes to be signed in the future and the agreement on co-location administrative arrangements to be negotiated by the Labour Market Partners under section 7.2 and included as an annex to this Agreement, comprise the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
