18.0 Termination

18.1 Either Labour Market Partner may terminate this agreement at any time following the initial three-year period by giving one (1) fiscal year's notice in writing of intention to terminate.

18.2 In the event of a notice of termination being given under section 18.1, the Labour Market Partners agree to work together to ensure that services to clients will not be unduly affected or interrupted by the termination.
