15.0 Annual Annex

15.1 The Labour Market Partners agree that for each fiscal year of this Agreement, beginning fiscal year 1998/99, they will set out in an Annual Annex to this Agreement:

a. the actual amount of Canada's allocation of funds for expenditures in Newfoundland and Labrador under the employment benefits and support measures for the fiscal year, as determined under section 13;

b. the amount of funding allocated by Newfoundland and Labrador for expenditures under its provincial employment programs for the fiscal year; and

c. the annual result targets for the employment benefits and support measures for the fiscal year agreed to by the Labour Market Partners under section 9.

15.2 The Annual Annexes, and any amendments thereto, may be signed on behalf of Canada by the Regional Executive Head of HRDC, Newfoundland Region, and on behalf of Newfoundland and Labrador by the Deputy Minister of the Department of Human Resources and Employment.
