10.0 Information Sharing
For the purposes of implementing this Agreement, the Labour Market Partners recognize that they will need to share labour market information, including personal information about individuals seeking assistance from one party or the other. To the extent that the current Canada/Newfoundland Agreement on the Exchange of Information authorizes the exchange of information required for the purposes of implementing this Agreement, it is agreed that information will be shared in accordance with that Agreement. Any amendments to that Agreement which may be necessary to administer and implement this Agreement will be made as necessary.
