The Agreement on Social Security between Canada and the Philippines was signed on September 9, 1994 in Winnipeg, Canada. The Agreement came into force on March 1, 1997. A Supplementary Agreement was signed on November 13, 1999 in Winnipeg, Canada. The Supplementary Agreement came into force on July 1, 2001.
