Finland
The Agreement on Social Security between Canada and Finland was signed on October 28, 1986 in Ottawa, Canada. The Agreement came into force on February 1, 1988. A protocol was signed on November 2, 1994 in Ottawa, Canada. The Protocol came into force on January 1, 1997.
