Victim Services Program

The Victim Services Program provides victims of federal offenders certain information about the offenders sentence, manages information provided by victims, assists victims with the preparation of their input into the decision-making process, identifies other available resources and assists victims with the completion of various forms.

Application Information

Completed forms or written requests must be submitted to the nearest regional CSC office or Parole Board of Canada office.
