The Short Term Transitional Measures (STTM) Program

The Short-Term Transitional Measures program will assist qualified low-income lobster licence holders in Quebec and Atlantic Canada who have experienced financial hardship due to the global economic downturn of 2007-2009.

Note that the deadline for applying for these measures was January 31, 2010.
