Can I get help filling out the Common Experience Payment application form?

Service Canada staff members are available to help applicants complete the Common Experience Payment (CEP) application form.

You can either bring your application form into any Service Canada Centre or call our toll‑free number at 1‑866‑699‑1742 (TTY: 1‑800‑926‑9105)

Service Canada staff will also visit some rural and remote communities to provide information about the CEP, help applicants complete forms, and accept completed forms.
