How can I apply on behalf of someone else?

A Common Experience Payment (CEP) application form is available specifically for personal representatives acting legally on behalf of former students who are minors, mentally incompetent, or deceased.

These forms are also available from any Service Canada Centre. Service Canada staff will also visit communities, when possible, to provide information about CEP and to help people complete their application forms.
