How do I apply for the Common Experience Payment?
To apply on your own behalf, you must complete a Common Experience Payment (CEP) application form. You may have received an application form by mail.
If not, you can pick one up at any Service Canada Centre. Service Canada staff will also visit communities, when possible, to provide information about CEP and to help people complete their application forms.

The application form is also available from Aboriginal organizations and First Nations offices.
Other organizations serving the community may also make the CEP applications available.
