Business Development Program

The Business Development Program provides unsecured and interest-free loans to small and medium-sized businesses in Atlantic Canada to help them carry out start-up and expansion activities.

Eligibility Information

Projects must meet the following criteria:

  • offer economic benefits for an area or a community
  • demonstrate a need for financial assistance
  • be economically viable
  • other criteria may apply
