Bankruptcy Assistance Program
The Bankruptcy Assistance Program helps individuals seeking to file for bankruptcy hire a bankruptcy trustee if they do not have the means to do so on their own.

Eligibility Information
Individuals must meet the following criteria:
- Have contacted at least two bankruptcy trustees participating in the Program without having been able to retain their services
- Not be involved in commercial activities
- Not be incarcerated
- Not have surplus income
Other criteria may apply.
