Assisted Living
The Assisted Living program assists First Nation members who have functional limitations due to age, health problems or a disability in maintaining their independence, maximizing their level of functioning and living in a safe and healthy environment.

Eligibility Information
Individuals must meet the following criteria:
- be registered First Nation members living on-reserve
- have functional limitations due to age, health problems or a disability and require care
- other criteria may apply
