His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to subsection 21(1)a and section 40b of the Canada Pension Plan, section 108 of the Employment Insurance Actc and section 221d of the Income Tax Acte hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Canada Pension Plan Regulations, the Insurable Earnings and Collection of Premiums Regulations and the Income Tax Regulations.
