Important Notice for your direct deposit: Due to statutory holidays observed by Federal Government departments and financial institutions, please take note of the following direct deposit dates.
- If you file your report on Monday, December 22nd your payment will be deposited on Wednesday, December 24th.
- If you file your report on Tuesday, December 23rd your payment will be deposited on Thursday, December 25th.
- If you file your report on Wednesday, December 24th, through to Sunday, December 28th your payment will be deposited on Tuesday, December 30th.
- If you file your report on Monday, December 29th, your payment will be deposited on Wednesday, December 31st.
- If you file your report on Tuesday, December 30th, your payment will be deposited on Friday, January 2nd.
- If you file your report on Wednesday, December 31st, your payment will be deposited on Monday, January 5th.
Important notice - Early reporting during the holiday season! If after reporting early for your reporting period ending December 13 or December 20, 2008, you worked, received other moneys, were not available for work or became sick during the remainder of the period normally covered by your report, you must advise us of the new information. If this is the case, please call 1 800 206-7218 during business hours and press 0 for assistance or use this form to indicate the corrections to your report.

Important notice about Maximum Insurable Earnings - Effective for all EI claims established December 28th and after, the maximum insurable earnings will increase from $41,100 to $42,300. To know more...

Important notice: Due to the Easter holidays observed by Federal Government Departments and Financial Institutions on Friday, March 21 and Monday, March 24, payments processed the evening of Wednesday, March 19 will be deposited to bank accounts on Tuesday, March 25. Payments processed from Thursday, March 20 to Monday, March 24 will be deposited on Wednesday, March 26.
