  1. Where can employers order blank ROEs?

    Employers must call their Service Canada Centre if they wish to order blank ROEs.  If you are a non-Canadian employer, your place of business within Canada must also call their Service Canada Centre. Please note that not all local offices offer that service in person. We advise that you call first.

  2. How do you get a copy of a ROE already issued?

    When a copy of the ROE is needed, you may obtain it electronically or by sending the required information by fax or regular mail. For more information, visit the How to request a copy of a ROE page.

    To get a copy, depending if you are an employer or an individual, specific information has to be provided.

  4. How long do we keep microfilmed copies?

    At National Services-Record of Employment 2nd copy processing, the microfilmed copies are kept on cassette for a period of 10 years.
