What's new?
- An ROE Web online agreement will replace the existing paper agreement.

What does it mean for you?
- You have until September 16, 2012 to accept the online agreement.
- Your organization's ROE Web administrator (called the Primary Officer) will be asked to accept a new online agreement when they log in to ROE Web after October 16, 2011.
- All ROE Web users will be prompted to complete a professional profile and identify security questions the first time they log in to ROE Web after October 16, 2011.
- If the Primary Officer (PO) has left the company or is no longer in that role, your company will have to choose a new PO and complete the Change of PO form. The new PO will have to visit a Service Canada Centre with the completed and signed Change of PO form and two pieces of identification, one with photo, in order to be authenticated.
IMPORTANT After September 16, 2012, employers and Payroll Service Providers (PSPs) who have not accepted the new online agreement will have to contact Service Canada to reactivate their access to ROE Web.
