To start using ROE Web to issue ROEs on your clients' behalf, you need to register them with Service Canada. Once registered, you will be able to submit ROEs on behalf of your clients but also for your own business.

DID YOU KNOW? Service Canada has developed an electronic solution for payroll service providers or major employers who submit a large number of ROEs (e.g.: more than 10,000 per year) to electronically transfer ROE data in bulk form. All electronic transactions containing ROE data are encrypted when they are exchanged with Service Canada. Certain conditions apply.
