Non-Canadian businesses operating in Canada
If you are a non-Canadian employer who wants to order ROE forms, your place of business registered and operating within Canada must follow the same procedures as Canadian businesses.
What we will ask when you order ROE forms
The person taking your order will ask for:
- Your 15-character Payroll Account number (PAN) - business number issued by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA),
- the name, telephone number and address of your business.
The PAN is located on the CRA PD7A Statement of Account for Current Source Deductions form.
If you do not have a PAN, you will have to request it from CRA before you place an order.
