Serves North Vancouver Island communities geographically situated north of Sayward, BC. This includes Zeballos, Woss, Port McNeill, Alert Bay, Telegraph Cove, Coal Harbour, Winter Harbour, Holberg, Sointula, and Mid-coast communities including, Waglisla, Bella Bella, Klemtu and Echo Bay.
* EI Eligible are those individuals who have an active EI claim or have had a regular EI claim in the past 36 months or a maternity/parental EI claim in the past 60 months.
Training and Learning
If you are unable to find work and require retraining, you may be eligible to receive funds for training. If you have formal training but are unable to find a job because you lack work experience, you may be eligible for a targeted wage subsidy. To find out more contact the following organizations:
