Employment programs and services under contract to Service Canada are available in your local area. Please keep in mind that while most programs are open to all unemployed Canadians, others are restricted to people currently receiving Employment Insurance, or who have received it in the past. You can find out whether or not you are eligible by contacting the service provider directly.
The following service providers will aid unemployed individuals who reside in Surrey, North Delta, White Rock, and Langley, and are legally entitled to work in Canada. They will assist these individuals to re-enter the workforce through employability assessment and individual employment counselling. Eligible clients may also receive financial assistance to undertake training as a means to get a permanent job, financial and technical support to help start a business, and other supports to help obtain a job.
