Employment programs and services under contract to Service Canada may be available in your local area. Please keep in mind that while most programs are open to all unemployed Canadians, others are restricted to people currently receiving Employment Insurance, or who have received it in the past. In Whitehorse you can find out whether or not you are eligible by contacting Employment Central. In Dawson City and Watson Lake please contact the service provider directly. For persons with disabilities, the Yukon Council on Disability can help provide access to employment services.
