    The Congratulatory Messages program sends congratulatory messages on behalf of the prime minister for wedding anniversaries, birthdays and other special occasions.
  • Special Milestone and Event Messages
    The Special Milestone and Event Messages program sends congratulatory messages on behalf of the Governor General and Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II to individuals, families and organizations to highlight eligible special milestones and events.
  • Community Volunteer Income Tax Program
    The Community Volunteer Income Tax Program provides eligible individuals with free help in completing their tax returns.
