2010 Service Canada Client Satisfaction Survey: final report delivered May 2011. This research examined perceptions of service quality among Service Canada clients on the Employment Insurance Program (EI), Canada Pension Plan (CPP), Canada Pension Plan Disability (CPPD), Old Age Security (OAS), Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS), Social Insurance Number (SIN), Apprenticeship Incentive Grant (AIG), Apprenticeship Completion Grant (ACG), Wage Earner Protection Program (WEPP) and 1 800 O-Canada.
