Our Service Commitment

At Service Canada, we are committed to improving access to government services and to remaining accountable and responsive to the public. We deliver on our promise to provide Canadians with excellent, efficient service with the help of the following tools: our Service Charter, the Office for Client Satisfaction, and Public Sector Integrity Canada.

Canada Service Charter

Our commitment to serving you better is simply stated in our Service Charter. The Charter describes what you can expect from us and how you can provide feedback on your service experience. You can read the Charter online, find it in any Service Canada Centre, or order a copy through 1 800 O-Canada (1-800-622-6232). If you have a hearing or speech impairment and use a teletypewriter (TTY), please call 1-800-926-9105.

Office for Client Satisfaction

The Office for Client Satisfaction registers your feedback about how Service Canada is doing and acts on your suggestions. It is a neutral, independent office. If you have a complaint about Service Canada that cannot be resolved at the local level, a suggestion for how we might improve our service, or some positive feedback, contact the Office for Client Satisfaction.

Public Sector Integrity Canada

Public Sector Integrity Canada provides a way for public servants and other Canadians to disclose potential wrongdoing in the public service and to be protected from reprisal for making such disclosures.
